Collective giving. Local impact. Powerful change. Hungry Hearts Foundation is incredibly grateful to 100+ Women Who Care About Snohomish County for their generous support of Hungry Hearts Foundation. In May 2025, more than 100 women came together to donate an extraordinary $34,490.00, helping us continue our mission to fight childhood hunger right here in Snohomish County. 100+ Women Who Care is a collective giving organization that brings together women who want to make a meaningful difference through focused, community-based philanthropy. Members meet regularly, learn about local nonprofits, and collectively select one organization to support at each meeting. By pooling their donations, they create powerful, immediate impact for grassroots organizations serving our local communities. Their generosity directly supports Hungry Hearts Foundation’s weekend Kid Pack program, ensuring local children have access to nutritious food when school meals are not available. This support helps us reach more families, strengthen our programs, and provide stability for children facing food insecurity. - Teen Hearts in Motion! A youth-led community effort empowering middle and high school students to make a difference through service projects, food drives, and peer-to-peer fundraising in support of children in need.
